This project was to convert a disused garage into a two-bedroom dwelling. This involved introducing a mezzanine floor to house the main bathroom/utility and bedroom, extensive groundworks to the rear to create a driveway/garden, extension to house another bedroom and second bathroom, a half mezzanine floor to create a raised snug, and kitchen installation. The result was an elegantly presented dwelling with an exceptional finish.
